Description


HDPOL-52109 is a self-skinning composite material that reacts with modified isocyanate HDISO-2016W to produce flame-retardant and highly resilient self-skinning foam products. It is suitable for manufacturing various flame-retardant cold-cured soft self-skinning products and has an operating range. Wide, easy to process, good skin, and good flame retardant properties.

Operation steps


1. Stir the polyol component HDPOL-52109 component evenly, add 15%wt foaming agent and about 1%wt color paste into the barrel, and stir again evenly.
2. Add the uniformly stirred HDPOL-52109 into the component A tank, add HDISO-2016W into the component B tank, and control the material temperature to 25°C. HDPOL-52109 is easy to stratify, please turn on the stirrer on the material tank.
3. Pour into the mold according to the ratio of HDPOL-52109/HDISO-2016W=100/26. Control the mold temperature to 45-50ºC.
4. Release the mold after 5 minutes.


Storage


Please store the product in a dry and cool place, away from direct sunlight and high heat. The product must be tightly closed immediately after opening to avoid water absorption. The shelf life of the product is 6 months.

 

Packaging


Packed in 200Kg or 20Kg iron drum or galvanized drum.

Precautions


Before using the product, the combined polyether HDPOL-52109 needs to be stirred evenly before it can be pumped into the machine; in the cold winter season (the temperature is below 0°C), the modified isocyanate HDISO-2016W needs to be stored in a greenhouse above 5°C. , to avoid crystallization causing the machine to be unable to produce; health and safety recommendations can be found in the safety instructions (MSDS) provided with this product data sheet.
