Processing/ Proceso de moldeo
Please preheat materials at 60~70ºCfor 6~10 hours before processing. Then mix fully the whole drum of POL and other additives according to the following table. Finally, respectively transfer POL and ISO to their corresponding tanks.
Antes del moldeo, todos los componentes deben estar en estado líquido. Las materias primas deben precalentarse a bajas temperaturas en un tanque de calefacción de 60-70 °C (generalmente 6-10 horas, dependiendo de la cantidad y el tamaño del volumen de envasado. PU Resin for Synthetic Leather
Including: more than 500 varieties of 17 series of products, incl. solvent-free, superfiber, water-based, dry-process, and wet-process, which are mainly used in the production of polyurethane synthetic leather.

Waterborne polyurethane resin
