Proceso de moldeo
Antes del moldeo, todos los componentes deben estar en estado líquido. Las materias primas deben precalentarse a bajas temperaturas en un tanque de calefacción de 60-70 °C (generalmente 6-10 horas, dependiendo de la cantidad y el tamaño del volumen de envasado. Es que el tiempo de fusión es diferente) antes de su uso. Los aditivos agregados deben mezclarse completamente con el material poliol antes de su uso y luego colocarse en el tanque de material. Core Products
PU Resin for Synthetic Leather
Including: more than 500 varieties of 17 series of products, incl. solvent-free, superfiber, water-based, dry-process, and wet-process, which are mainly used in the production of polyurethane synthetic leather.
Adhesives and potting products
At present, the company has formed a multi-product system based on PU and silicone material systems, PU single- and double-component moisture-curing adhesives, water-based PU adhesives, PUR, PU potting adhesives, silicone heat-conducting adhesives, and silicone potting adhesives, with wide application to automobiles, new energy, 3C, consumer goods, construction, transportation, etc.
Polyurethane composite material and stock solution

TPU

Polyester Polyol
Including conventional polyester polyols, polycarbonate polyols, bio-based polyols, high molecular weight co-polyesters, environmentally friendly plasticizers, etc. Widely used in polyurethane resins for leather, ink coatings, water-based PUD emulsions, oily/solvent-free flexible packaging adhesives, PUR hot-melt adhesives, TPU/CPU elastomers and other fields.
Waterborne polyurethane resin
Including water-based polyurethane for synthetic leather and adhesives. Water-based polyurethane for synthetic leather includes surface layer, foam layer, adhesive layer, impregnated resin, and bio-based resin, which are mainly used in clothing, furniture, luggage, shoe materials and automobiles etc. Water-based polyurethane for adhesives is mainly used in automobiles, shoe materials and furniture etc.
